SCGC Group inspected the investment environment in Changshou and Fuling, Chongqing, and was warmly received by the local government and enterprises

Recently, in order to activelyexpand its business scope and seek new investment and development opportunities,a delegation consisting of four outstanding enterprises including SCGC Group,led by Director Zhong Jianbo of the Chongqing Municipal People's GovernmentShanghai Office, visited the Chairman's hometown of Chongqing, Ms. Luo Ping,together with the Group's executives and business development department, toconduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the investmentenvironment in Changshou District and Fuling District of Chongqing. The purposeof this inspection is to promote SCGC Group to leverage its advantages ininvestment, technology, and operational management services for industrialgases and hydrogen energy to cooperate with local enterprises and achievemutual benefit and win-win results.

The Shanghai Office of the ChongqingMunicipal People's Government has made very thorough and careful preparationsfor this inspection trip, and the government departments of Changshou Districtand Fuling District also attach great importance to the inspection team. Theinspection team was warmly welcomed by the governments, parks, and enterprisesof Changshou District and Fuling District.

Jiang Xia, Secretary of theChangshou District Committee, warmly received the inspection team and led themto visit the Changshou Economic Development Zone Emergency Center. He provideda detailed introduction to the industrial planning, policy support system,location advantages, and infrastructure construction of Changshou District.Special emphasis was placed on Changshou District as one of the first nationaldemonstration zones for industrial transformation around urban areas and animportant steel and comprehensive chemical base in the western region. It is amodern industrial highland and also a beautiful landscape, providing broadspace for enterprise investment and development.

LiYong, the Secretary of the Fuling District Party Committee, also warmlyreceived the delegation and highlighted the strong industrial foundation,favorable policy support, developed transportation network, superior businessenvironment, and complete supporting facilities of Fuling. He hoped that theentrepreneurs of the delegation could pay attention to, invest in, and developFuling.

Duringthe discussion with the government, Ms. Zhang Li, a senior executive of thegroup, provided a detailed introduction to the business development, corporateculture, and future development strategies of SCGC Group to the governments andfunctional departments of Changshou District and Fuling District. Emphasizingthat the business segments of SCGC Group cover new energy, on-site gas supply,park pipeline network gas supply, gas retail, gas engineering, hydrogen energy,contract energy management, etc. It is a professional gas company with 24 yearsof deep cultivation in the industrial gas industry, focusing on practical workand a global perspective.

Subsequently, the inspection team visited local excellententerprises such as Yikelai Biotechnology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., ChongqingEnjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Meixin Yishen Machinery Co., Ltd., andSanai Hailing Industrial Co., Ltd. They had in-depth exchanges with localenterprises and project leaders, and gained a detailed understanding of projectoperation, market potential, and supporting service guarantees.

Thetwo-day inspection had a tight and fulfilling itinerary, and the inspectionteam had detailed face-to-face exchanges with the local government andenterprises. They gained a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of theinvestment and business environment in Changshou District and Fuling Districtof Chongqing, providing valuable and effective key information for enterprisesto make strategic planning and investment decisions.

This inspection not onlydemonstrates the determination of SCGC Group to actively expand its market, butalso builds new bridges for possible investment and economic exchanges andcooperation in the future, laying a good foundation.
